How long do I have to complete the ECP?
You have up to 2 years to coach 100 people. If you need longer, there is a small monthly fee to stay in the program. Coaches have finished in as little as 9 months.
Can I take a teleclass more than once?
Yes. You can take teleclasses as many times as you want, as long as you are a current member of the ECP.
Do I need to save my feedback forms?
Yes, print out every form (if you're using the old system - for members who started before January 2006) and save it, as soon as you get it. If your computer crashes or our system has a problem any time in the 2 years that you are coaching 100 people, you will need the hard copies to proove that you coached all 100 people.
Even if you're using the new system (launched in January 2006) we advise you to print out the results of each feedback form from your private online folder, in case the system ever crashes. (We don't expect it, but let's don't take chances!)
How do I get my feedback?
Each ECPer is given a unique URL where they access their own feedback, without sharing it with others.
How fast will I receive feedback from my sessions?
It depends on how soon your client fills out your feedback form. With the new feedback system, you receive the feedback instantly online.
What do I get when I finish coaching 100 people?
Once we have counted all 100 of your feedback forms, we will award you the Certified Experienced Coach designation. You'll receive a pdf certificate with your name and certification on it, plus a Certified Experienced Coach logo for your website
